tenants in the form of Below Market Rent! Additionally, in order to
appear on our web site, all properties must be in better-than-average condition.
 The End
Result ... each property is priced $75.00/month to $100.00/month
or
more below its market rent value, as determined from comparable rental
properties in the immediate neighborhood (often on the same street).
In addition, each property is in remarkable condition.
Our tenants agree! Every time a property is rented, the tenants are surveyed to ensure
that the owners are providing a genuine discount from market rent
rates. One tenant, who has been with us for over twelve years,
recently put it quite bluntly ... he couldn't afford to leave us
if he wanted to! It seems he has been unable to find a
comparable apartment that is as affordable as the one in which he currently
lives.
